This green soup is full of feel-good veggies and greens, it’s quick and easy to make. It’s been a staple in my kitchen for years, my family knows it as the post-vacay, gotta-catch-up-on-those-greens, feel-good soup. This soup is great to ‘empty out the refrigerator’ kind of soup, the recipe is very flexible.

Spending extra time in the kitchen this snowy weekend. This is my favorite salad of all time, I pretty eat it everyday @thefarmersdaughterscafe.

Affagato is Nick and my favorite dessert in Italy. We recreated it in our kitchen, and it’s so insanely good! OUr version, carmel ice cream and graham cracker crumbs to top it off!

We’ve been on a longevity kick at our house, reading and learning all about living great as we age. Fish is definietly on the approved list. This Mediterranean Roasted White Fish is simple and delicious.

Livv and I like to make Breakfast for the Boys (aka dad and Henry) once a week. Here has been a favorite in our house.

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and the kids requested pasta!
