Busy Mom Meal Prep

As a busy mom, I’ve realized spending a little time at the beginning of the week (usually Sundays for me), makes the rest of the week much smoother. I also love having healthy snacks prepped for the kids, lunches are easier to pack, and we are all eating higher quality food (aka less processed foods).

Note: I have a small refrigerator, the mason jars create so much more space!

Always PREP list:

Fruits and veggies. Wash and store to make snacking easy. 

Hummus - Define Dish hummus recipe

Bone Broth Brown Rice - Recipe coming soon

Protein Pancakes - I like to make them ahead of time and just heat up in the morning.

Hard Boiled Eggs - makes for easy snacks

Overnight Oats - I love the Kreature of Habit

Sourdough Bread

Cheese: raw goat cheese (@coop has the best in town)

Cream cheese: Kitehill Cream Cheese

Cottage Cheese: Good Culture
