Sheet Pan Nachos

With the Super Bowl this weekend, sharing my sheet pan nachos. It’s so easy to whip up and I promise, the whole family will love it…

Ingredients

Chips (I used @mesachips)

Cheese (I use raw cheddar)

1 lb ground beef

1 packet of @siete taco seasoning or make your own

Tomatoes, chopped

Picked red onion (I buy them in a jar)

1 can black olives

1 can black beans

1 jalapeno, chopped

Cilantro, chopped

Avocado, chopped

Method

Line your sheet pan with parchment paper (I love the @caraway sheet pans). First cook your meat. I’m using local beef from Havre, MT. I cook it with butter and @siete taco packet. You can also use a bunch of great spices (garlic, paprika, cumin, onion powder, cayenne pepper). Once cooked, set aside. Arrange the chips, meat, tomatoes, olives, onions, black beans,  and lots of cheese on the sheet pan. Bake for about 10 minutes, until cheese melts. Top with avocado and cilantro. ENJOY!
