Affagato

 
 

Affagato is Nick and my favorite dessert in Italy. We recreated it in our kitchen, and it’s so insanely good! OUr version, carmel ice cream and graham cracker crumbs to top it off!
Ingredients:
Carmel Vanilla ice cream: I use Oatly. (you can also get plain vanilla ice cream and carmel as a topping)
Graham crackers
Shot of espresso (we use decaf. I have also tried it with iced coffee and it’s equally good)

Method:
1. Crush graham cracker into crumbs.
2. Pull your espresso shot.
3. Add vanilla ice cream to a glass and top with caramel, graham cracker crumbs and pumpkin spice blend.
4. Pour hot espresso over ice cream and serve immediately.
