Mother’s Day in Hill House

After our recent trip to Los Olivos, I had to recreate the best egg salad sandwich from Bell’s Restaurant. In the small town of Los Alamos is a Michelin restaurant.

This green soup is full of feel-good veggies and greens, it’s quick and easy to make. It’s been a staple in my kitchen for years, my family knows it as the post-vacay, gotta-catch-up-on-those-greens, feel-good soup. This soup is great to ‘empty out the refrigerator’ kind of soup, the recipe is very flexible.

Spending extra time in the kitchen this snowy weekend. This is my favorite salad of all time, I pretty eat it everyday @thefarmersdaughterscafe.

Affagato is Nick and my favorite dessert in Italy. We recreated it in our kitchen, and it’s so insanely good! OUr version, carmel ice cream and graham cracker crumbs to top it off!
