Honey Garlic Shrimp Tacos

These Honey garlic shrimp tacos are simple but delicious. It’s all about the flavors here!

Ingredients

  • 1lb shrimp

  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)

  • fresh ginger (minced)

  • 1 small lemon (juiced)

  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos

  • 2-3 TBS honey

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Butter

Method

Place all ingredients in the bowl, except for the garlic and butter (set those aside). Let sit for about 10 minutes. Heat pan (I used cast iron skillet) to medium heat. Add butter (about 1/2 tablespoon) and garlic to pan. Once sizzling, throw in the shrimp and all its sauce. Once cooking, flip often. Cook for about 15 minutes.

To build the tacos. I love Siete brand taco shells. Best method, in a small pan add olive oil then taco shell. Cook for about 30 second each side. Fill tacos shells with shrimp, cabbage, micro greens and avocado.
