Baby Approved Protein Balls

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1/4 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor
Blend until well combined.
Make into little balls (about 1 tablespoon)
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
