Summer Pasta Salad -- takes 10 minutes

ingredients

  • Lentil Pasta (or any kind of pasta you prefer)

  • Arugula chopped up

  • Heart of Palm chopped up

  • Cherry Tomato chopped up

  • Black Olives

  • Vegan Cheese (or any type of white cheese)

  • Olive Oil

  • Lemon Juice of 1 lemon

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

Cook Pasta, after you drain pasta, drizzle olive oil, and add the salt and pepper. Place in fridge to cool. Once cool mix in other ingredients, drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
