Slow Cooker Chicken & Rice
We have been cooking this honey glaze chicken on repeat.
INGREDIENTS:
chicken thighs
3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup coconut aminos
2/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp minced garlic
fresh or powdered ginger
Top with parsley, green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve over rice: we use instant coconut rice
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly .
2. Add chicken to slow cooker
3. Pour sauce over chicken and cook 5 hours on high or on low for 8 hours.
4. Serve over rice and top with parsley, green onions and sesame seeds.
