5 Easy Breakfast Ideas for Kids
Below are all the ingredients I use, next to each item I added the brand I like if applicable. However, use whichever brands you like.

Yogurt: Forager Coconut
Granola: Elizabeth Grain-free granola

Kiwi: my kids LOVE kiwi

Raw Honey
Tips: I wash & cut up fruit each Sunday and place them in glass jars. Makes breakfast time so much easier.
Smoothie
Before the kids get up, I put out all the smoothie ingredients options. Then, they can create their own. I find they will actually drink smoothies when they help make them.
Liquid base: macadamia nut milk
Fruit: banana, frozen strawberries
Greens: Spinach
Superfoods: Chia Seeds, Hemp seeds
Good Fat: Avocado
Vitamin C: OJ Juice
Ice
Optional Items: Yogurt
Method: Blend all items together.

Sourdough Bread: Local On The Ride
1/2 Avocado
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Hemp Seeds
Lemon Juice
Optional: Top with Eggs & Tomoto
Method:
Toast bread
Drizzle olive oil on bread
In a small bowl mix, avocado, sea salt, lemon juice
