Spicy Salmon Bowl
INGREDIENTS
For The Salmon
• 1 lb wild caught salmon
• 2 tbsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
• 1 tsp avocado oil
• 1/2 tsp siracha
Cook at 400 for about 8 min
For The Spicy Mayo
• 2 tbsp vegan mayo (I used @primalkitchenfoods)
• 2 tsp siracha
For The Bowl
• cauliflower rice
• cucumber
• avocado
• scallions for garnish
• sesame seeds
• coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
How I Make Cauliflower Rice
• in a pan over med high heat, heat avocado oil. Add in garlic, ginger, shallot. Heat for about 3 min, add in 2 bags cauliflower rice. Cool for about 5-8 min. Add in shredded kale, salt and pepper.
