Best Chili Recipe

 
 

Ingredients

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 yellow onion, chopped

4 gloves garlic, chopped

1 28oz can diced tomato

1 can chopped jalapeños

1 can black beans

2 pounds ground beef

16-20 oz bone broth

Salt & Pepper

1 tbsp Cumin

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Coriander

1 tsp Chili Powder

1/2 tbsp garlic powder

1/2 tbsp onion powder

Olive Oil

Pepper-jack Cheese Vegan, optional

Cilantro

Avocado

Siete Chips

Method:

In a skillet, add avocado oil, then ground beef. I like to add garlic, and all the spices above to the ground beef. Once cooked set aside

In a large pot heat olive oil, add garlic and onion. Sautee until translucent. Then add red bell pepper, green pepper, jalapeños, black beans. Cook for 5 minutes, then add in beef. Add in more spices if needed. Cook for 5 minutes, then add in broth. Bring to a boil, them reduce to simmer. Cook for 30 minutes for best results or eat right away. Top with cilantro, avocado and Siete chips.
