Avocado & Egg Salad

Ingredients
2 hard-boiled pasture-raised eggs
1 avocado
1 dill pickle
1-2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
1-2 tbsp red onion
pinch of sea salt
dried or fresh dill
ground pepper
Instructions
Dice the eggs (I use an egg slicer to make it quick and easy).
Finely chop the red onion and pickle, and cut the avocado into cubes.
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine, mashing slightly to get your desired texture.
Serve with toast, crackers or veggies. Enjoy!
