Asian Marinaded Steaks
These steaks are simple but flavor packed. I actually borrowed this recipe from my sister who is always coming up with the best marinades. This combination is so good.
Also, so happy to collaborate with an amazing local knife company Cudaway. Morgan and his team hand make every blade. The quality is the best and aesthetically it’s the perfect addition to my kitchen. As Mother’s Day and father’s day approach, this would make a great gift.
Ingredients
2 lbs steak (locally I get mine from Primal Meat & Fish This is locally sourced from Little Belt Cattle Co.
1 tbsp avocado oil or butter

And honestly, I just eyeball the marinade. You cannot do it wrong!
