24 Hours In NYC: SoHo Edition
We planned a last minute trip to NYC for my birthday this year. We were already planning on going to Buffalo, NY for the Bills football game the day after my birthday, so why not make a quick stop in the Big Apple?! My BFF lives just outside of the city, and I jump at any opportunity that I get to see her.
Planning a quick trip to NYC can be very overwhelming. There are hundreds of guides and a million more things to see or do. I recommend focusing a quick trip on one area of the city to explore. This trip we stayed in Soho, and we love this part of the city! Very eclectic, great vibes, and amazing restaurants.
Growing up in Montana, I am always mesmerized by the big city. There is something about the vibrant energy and the hustle & bustle that gives me a shot of life.
I thought I would share a few places we visited and must-see spots if you are in NYC.

To Sleep
11 Howard // Website // Not only is this hotel a top pick for a nice dinner (Le Coucous) or to visit their cozy bar (the Blonde), but it is by far my favorite pick in Soho Manhattan. Perfectly located near quaint coffee shops, trendy restaurants, and chic clothing stores.
Another perk, this hotel has an infrared sauna located on the top floor. After a night of cocktailing, this hotel perk could be just what you need.
To Eat Lunch
ABC Kitchen // Website // Call ahead. Make a reservation and enjoy one of the best meals you will have.
Cipriani // Website // My all-time favorite lunch spots in NYC. This is a NY institution…start with the prosciutto and melon salad, followed by branzino or tagliatelle.
By Chloe // Website // This plant-based restaurant is sure to make an impression. You would not even believe you are not eating meat because the dishes are so good. Their signature burger is my go to!
Dinner
Casa Apicii // Website // This cozy Italian spot is a new favorite of mine. The atmosphere and food are top notch. Make sure to try the branzino and grilled octopus.
Balthazar // Website // Some might call this touristy, but for me it’s perfect. The bustling brasserie has an energy that is exhilarating! Order oysters, the Balthazar Salad, share a steak, and thank me later!
Babbo // Website // A twist on traditional Italian, this place oozes romance. Perfect for a special celebration.
To Shop
Sèzane // Website // You can’t make a trip to Soho with a stop at Sèzane l’appartement. Offering gorgeous every day items along with a few lifetime staples. It’s the perfect one stop shop for anything you forgot to pack or want during your stay.

Our trip to the city was so quick, however, no matter where we stay in Manhattan, we always make a stop in Central Park. The park is so iconic and makes me very nostalgic. I always dreamed of bringing my baby here. Although she may not remember her first trip to Central Park, for me it was pure magic!!
