Quinoa is a wonderful way to give more nutrients to your little ones. Quinoa is super nutritious, high in protein, has all nine amino acids, high antioxidants, also high in minerals like iron and magnesium and it is gluten-free. These are just a few good things to mention about quinoa. My good friend and health coach Paloma, shares her favorite homemade quinoa cereal for babies.

For the milk
- 3/4 water
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Maple syrup to taste
For the Cereal
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa (I make a large batch for the week)
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1/4 blueberries
Mix all the ingredients for the milk in a blender.
Put the quinoa in a bowl and then add the milk and top it with the blueberries…super easy and delicious!
